Colin J. Foster, Chairman of the Board, today announced that Fluidnet Corporation has changed its name to Ivenix, Inc. “We felt that it was important to acknowledge the significant progress our team has made in the development of our lead product, the Ivenix Infusion Management System, by creating a corporate identity that captures the essence of our company and our innovative culture,” Mr. Foster said. “The name Ivenix more accurately reflects our company’s focus on transforming the infusion pump market by delivering the first and only infusion management system that combines simplicity and state-of-the-art information technology with an adaptive fluid delivery platform.”
With the transition to Ivenix, the company’s corporate web address will now be www.ivenix.com. The company’s mailing address, main phone number and employee extensions remain unchanged.

– The Company joins the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) as a corporate member and plans attendance at the HIMSS 2014 Annual Conference & Exhibition February 23 – 27 in Orlando, Florida.
Fluidnet Corporation today announced it has appointed Colin J. Foster as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Foster has more than two decades of experience leading biotech start-ups and a multi-billion dollar company working across the R&D-commercial continuum in therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices & OTC consumer products. He has extensive international experience, having led companies in Canada, the USA & the UK, financing, building, turning around, and optimizing businesses organically and through transformational transactions.
