Recognizing & Celebrating Nurses During National Nurses Week 2016
It’s time to recognize and celebrate the significant role nurses play in healthcare during National Nurses Week, May 6 – 12th. This is a special week of recognition and reflection for nurses across the country who demonstrate compassion, kindness, and exceptional care on a daily a basis to improve the lives of their patients.
This year’s theme promotes “A culture of safety as one in which core values and behaviors – resulting from a collective and sustained commitment by organizational leadership, managers and workers – emphasizes safety over competing goals”.
