Fresenius Kabi at the MD Expo in Temecula, CA — Experience an IV pump that redefines “low maintenance”
The Fresenius Kabi Team
MD Expo is coming up on October 11 -13, and the Fresenius Kabi team will be in beautiful Temecula, California to meet healthcare technology management professionals and engineers.
Our goal? To share how securely managing infusion devices and data doesn’t have to be a confusing, high-maintenance chore.
We know that clinical engineering and IT staff can sometimes be overburdened. Competition for talent is strong, and highly skilled technology professionals are changing jobs faster than ever. This can sometimes mean that these teams are frequently understaffed and overworked. When systems are unavailable or do not perform well, stress can be high for everyone.
So, in an environment where these teams often juggle priorities, the infusion system should minimize workload. To do this, they should be easy to deploy, maintain, locate, and support. All the while pumps must interoperate easily with the EMR and other systems and guard against cybersecurity threats.
The Ivenix Infusion System was designed to meet these modern challenges. The system was built to be secure, automatically downloading security patches as they become available to help to keep pumps protected against current threats.
Join us to see what low maintenance for your fleet of pumps can look like. With the Ivenix Infusion System, there is no scheduled reason to collect pumps for the life of the devices. And exteriors that are durable with high chemical resistance will make you a believer.
The Ivenix Infusion System also provides modern integration to your EMR and other systems. Your hospital’s HL7 standards-based systems integrate for auto-programming, auto-documentation, patient awareness, real-time location, and alarm routing with the Ivenix Infusion System. Unique tools help you to adopt integration with your EMR.
Finally, the Ivenix Infusion System enables centralized, system-wide infusion management.
With this service-oriented architecture, you can monitor and keep your entire fleet of pumps updated across a single hospital or an entire health system with drug libraries, pumps software, or cybersecurity changes, monitor smart battery health, or locate pumps.
As a result, the organization has near real-time access to pump fleet data: utilization, drug library versions, battery health, and much more for any pump from any nearly location. With all this information along with centralized service logs, it’s easy to identify anomalies and take care of them before they create clinical problems.
Fresenius Kabi at the conference:
There are multiple ways to learn about the Ivenix Infusion System at the conference:
- Robert Canfield, Director of Marketing at Fresenius Kabi USA, will be conducting a product demo of the Ivenix Infusion System at 11:30am on Wednesday, Oct. 12
- Fresenius Kabi will be participating in the Reverse Expo on Oct. 12
- 24×7 Magazine has posted an interview with Robert about the Ivenix Infusion pump
- And, of course, you can visit our booth (#108) in the exhibit hall.
Come see us! We’d be happy to show you just how simple, secure, and powerful the Ivenix Infusion System is.
