Ivenix Announces Successful Testing Completion at the 2018 IHE Connectathon
North Andover, MA – Ivenix, Inc. announced today that the company has successfully completed testing of the Ivenix Infusion System at the 2018 IHE Connectathon. Testing included a full suite of integration profiles to support infusion pump interoperability with the EMR, Clinician communication & alarm management systems, and real-time location (RTLS) systems.
“Interoperability is a critical component for any infusion system in today’s digital healthcare environment”, said George Gray, CTO & VP of Research & Development at Ivenix. “Ivenix is rethinking infusion delivery to raise the bar in infusion safety and simplicity. Successful testing at Connectathon further demonstrates how a centralized, connected infusion system helps to enable better care decisions at every step.”
In its fourth year of participation at the IHE Connectathon, Ivenix has completed testing with a wide variety of vendors to support comprehensive interoperability. Successful testing during the Connectathon serves as a pre-cursor to the Interoperability Showcase at the HIMSS18 Conference, to be held March 5 – 9 in Las Vegas. Ivenix will participate in a live use case demonstration with leading EMR and information system vendors during the showcase.
